Enchiladas
We loved this recipe! I suggest quick frying the tortillas in a couple tablespoons of oil first to keep them from breaking when you roll them up. It adds a little more time, but well worth it. I was a little skeptical of the ingredients at first, but they are a great combination, thanks for a new family fave!
