Easy Key Lime Pie I
i'm so proud!! it was super easy, i did with 4 yolks, 2 cans condensed milk and between 3/4 and 1 cup key lime juice. i love key lime pie, this tastes as good if not better than any i've ever had. it even looked pretty, with fresh whipped cream piped on!

White Chocolate Cake
i didn't realize i didn't have buttermilk until well into the recipe, so i used regular. this cake is fantastic! i used half shortening for the cake (i find it makes for a more tender cake.) i followed advice and waited a day to eat, also added a thin layer of rasberry jam in between the layers. wonderful!

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers
YUM. I roasted the garlic (we LOVE) and added 4 cloves; used greek seasonings and a little salt. It is FABULOUS on ciabatta with mayo and tomatoes!
