Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
Absolultely delicious! Wonderful texture and flavor. Only change I made was decrease salt to 1/2 t per other reviewers suggestion.

Easy Ice Cream Cake
Very good! It is fun to tweak this based on your own taste. I needed 24 sandwiches. I used caramel and fudge sauce, as well as crushed Heath bars to put in between layers and on top. I purchased all ingredients at Aldi (except Heath) so it was very affordable!

Cannellini Bean Salad
I made the recipe as stated and I thought it was missing something. I ended up adding a clove of garlic (minced) and enjoyed it a lot better. Definitely let these flavors meld for a day before serving.
