These are truly the best french fries ever! I always quadruple the recipe using 4 potatoes and four times the spices. I do add almost a teaspoon of salt (when quadrupling the recipe) in with the oil & spices. I also preheat the metal baking sheet in the oven so that it's piping hot once the potatoes are placed on it. The french fries always are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The spices give the fries a great kick and it is a favorite in our family. I also make a simple dip using equal parts mayo and sour cream, and add garlic powder, onion powder, a dash of salt and cayenne. It's great for dipping the fries. Fantastic recipe!!
