Seafood Stuffed Avocados
Very nice - a great first course. I used a bit of a chopped red hot cherry pepper & some chili powder - it was very nice, just a little heat. I scooped out the avocados and chopped them up and put in the mixture. Will definitely make this again.

Easy Asparagus
A good change from the usual steamed. The flavors worked well and the hubby loved it. Didn't use the crackers - don't know how that would work, other than that followed the recipe exactly. This will become a frequent side dish in our house.

Crab-Stuffed Filet Mignon with Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce
As so many others have said - this sauce is to die for, one of the best sauces I've ever had. I did most of the prep the day before so it didn't seem to take so long for the sauce. The filets turned out perfect and the crab stuffing gave it that restaurant quality. I fixed this for valentines day and could not have asked for a better main course. Thanks for a great recipe.
