My favorite things to cook
I love baking, especially cakes. (Actually, I love making just about anything sweet.) A specialty of mine is Brown Sugar Poundcake, as well as my annual Eggnog Poundcake.

Trying new things, always adapting. And we bake like crazy at Christmas; our holiday dinners are to be reckoned with.
