Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

I used a boneless pork shoulder roast. After I shredded the meat, I added some of the liquid from the pot and some smokey barbecue sauce. Very very good.

Bruce's Honey Sesame Bread

I'm sorry, but I changed this recipe quite a bit, but it turned out great! Nice and soft and light and good tasting. I added 2 tablespoons of margarine, since there was no fat in the recipe. I used 3 1/3 cups of flour. I substituted oat bran for the wheat bran since that's all I had in the house, and I decreased the yeast to 1 3/4 tsp. of bread machine yeast.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

This was excellent. I used a 28 ounce can of diced tomatoes and omitted the water. I added some sliced onions and mushrooms and served it over pasta. Dalllicious!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

This is the best. It will now replace my old slow cooker roast pork recipe. I followed someone else's suggestion and thickened the gravy with cornstarch at the end.

American Lasagna

This is a very good recipe. I added about a cup of tomato juice because the sauce was very thick and I was using fresh lasagne noodles which I did not boil first. I baked it at 350°, covered with foil for an hour, then uncovered it and baked it for an additional 20 minutes.
