I'm sorry, but I changed this recipe quite a bit, but it turned out great! Nice and soft and light and good tasting. I added 2 tablespoons of margarine, since there was no fat in the recipe. I used 3 1/3 cups of flour. I substituted oat bran for the wheat bran since that's all I had in the house, and I decreased the yeast to 1 3/4 tsp. of bread machine yeast.
