Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
This was great! I made it with spring mix and used Splenda instead of sugar. It's a keeper for sure.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ
I used a boneless pork shoulder roast. After I shredded the meat, I added some of the liquid from the pot and some smokey barbecue sauce. Very very good.

Corn and Zucchini Melody
This is delicious! Especially in the summer when you have a lot of zucchini. I added some salt to mine. I will definitely make it again.
