Cajun Chicken Pasta
Even a humble college student such as myself can manage this one. I added zucchini and used regular onions instead of the green ones. I also made the sauce with 1 1/2% milk (I'm in Germany, their milk's different!) thickened with a little roux. It's maybe a little heavy, though. Be sure to be hungry!
