Chicken Tikka Masala
Great recipe. I cut back on the salt and doubled the sauce, as others mentioned. This will now be part of our family rotation.

Parmesan Chicken
I made this last night and it was fantastic. I followed another's advice and melted the butter into the dry mixture before coating the chicken. I also baked it. It came out crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Delicious!
