Jack's Beanie-Weenies
Beanie-Weenies is one of my favorite comfort foods! I simmered the hot dogs in the beer a bit longer, and added the ketchup like others mentioned- really good. I'm making them again for a pot luck really soon, this is a quick and easy recipe.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
This was good, but I expected a little more flavor. I made it without reading the reviews, next time I will use beef broth and up the amounts of the seasonings.

Suzy's Mashed Red Potatoes
Simple and really good! I added a touch of garlic powder the second time I made them, we liked that too.
