Stuffed Hot Peppers
Made these for the "Kentucky Derby" and they were loved by all. I cut the tops off and filled them halfway. I didn't remove all the seeds, for we like the kick. I increased the parm/romano cheese and breadcrumbs. Would make again and again.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
I'm not sure what I did wrong, other viewers said it poured out of the pan?? Mine was like wall paper paste. I followed the recipe to the letter. I bought every ingriendient today so I knew it would be fresh. I mixed constantly for 7 minutes - maybe too long. I used vanialla that I bought from Mexico, so I'm not sure if that's the issue or the length of time. Also, I had to pour tons of grease off the pan. I'm not sure if it's the butter or the vanilla. It's in the fridge now, so I guess will see what it taste like, because it doesn't look pretty.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
10+ stars. I have friend who is from Chicago and goes back frequently just to buy the "Chicago Beef". When she stasted mine, she asked me "what part of Chicago did you buy this". When I told her I made it she had to have the recipe. A lot cheaper than driving to Chicago!!
