Chicken Noodle Soup
Nice, easy recipe. To save a step, you don't need to cook the chicken ahead of time. Just add uncooked chicken breasts in step 2. When they're cooked (~10 min), take them out, shred them with 2 forks, then toss the chicken back in the pot.

Broccoli and Cheese Brunch Casserole
Great flavor - very well received. I borrowed an idea from a different recipe and used a container of crescent roll doll on the bottom of a 9x12 pan. Made for easy serving, since the egg didn't stick to the bottom of the pan. You could definitely get creative with this recipe (changing meats, veggies, cheese, etc).

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata
I used Pepperidge Farm vanilla swirl bread and a cup of blueberries instead of apples since they're in season. Made for a delicious blueberries and cream concoction. I bet this recipe would be a good base for all different types of fruit and bread.
