When my husband I first married, I wanted to make Chipped Beef on Toast. Instead of using ground beef... I used tuna fish. Needless to say.. it didn't get eaten!

Tuna Noodle Casserole IV
I added frozen peas, parsley and celery salt. I did not have any croutons, so I opted for crushed crackers sprinkled with garlic powder. I baked for 25 minutes and the cheese dried out. Next time I'll only do it for 20 minutes. The recipe was wonderful, though. Very yummy!!

Mexican Lasagna
This was a good recipe. I used D's Famous Salsa, leftover from the Chicken Salad Wraps a few nights ago. It ended up being almost to runny. I think next time, I'll forgo the 2.5c of water, and just use the salsa. Otherwise, a delicious recipe!

Awesome Roast Beef
This roast just fell apart!!! I cut up and added an onion to it. Oh my word, it was soooo good!!
