Mom's Buttermilk Pancakes

These were so easy! I whipped them up and had the kitchen cleaned up in under 20 minutes! If you don't have buttermilk, use 1T of lemon juice or vinegar with the milk. Delicious!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I've been looking for a good recipe for chocolate chip cookies for awhile now- these are the best i've ever made. I'm so used to making the recipe on the back of the nestle tollhouse wrapper, and these were so much better. I will definitely use this recipe from now on.

Bread Machine Bagels

Great recipe! I didn't have cornmeal, so I put the bagels on parchment paper with no problems. I also added a packet of italian seasonings and fresh chives and herbs to the ingredients. Delicious!

Jamaican Spinach Soup

Absolutely wonderful recipe! I've been looking for a good soup that didn't have any pasta or meat in it. The old standby veggie soup was getting a little tired. by the way-i didn't blend the soup and it was still wonderful!

Winter Squash Rolls

These dinner rolls are wonderful! I will be making these for xmas dinner. I served them with some honey butter and we didn't have any left. My only remark is that they took WAY longer to cook- give yourself some time for them to bake. Great recipe!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

this is the best chocolate cake. You can't tell you made it from a box! I made one substitution- i did half water, half kahlua...it turned out great! thanks for the recipe!!
