Crunchy Romaine Toss
i loved it. i used ice burg and almonds. sauteed the almonds.

Make-Ahead Moroccan Lamb Stew
pretty good, but way too sweet for me and too oily. i added more broth, more salt and next time i will use a lean ground turkey. also, one sweet potato was definitely plenty.

Healing Cabbage Soup
delicious! i think i prefer the chicken broth flavor over the tomato base that the other cabbage soups have. i added potatoes, carrots, celery and of course MORE garlic because i had it on hand. i think the additions added a lot. also, a splash of hot sauce is always good!!
