Linda's Lasagna
This is a great lasagna recipe. I did modify a bit; I used 8 oz. ricotta and 4 oz. cottage cheese, to get the best of both. I blended all the cheeses (except the mozzarella) and the egg in the food processor, and it came out great. I also added a tsp. of basil and a tsp. of italian seasoning to the sauce, while cutting the salt in half.
I should've made more sauce, I ended up using part of a jar of spaghetti sauce to complete the recipe. But I like my lasagna with a lot of sauce.
