Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce
I cooked this for my Husband's birthday and he loved it. The mango sauce was amazing and it went perfectly with the Sea Bass. If you're looking for a dish that is relatively easy to make and impressive....this is it!

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata
This recipe is amazing!! I cooked it this weekend for a small group of people and everyone absolutely loved this recipe. I changed the recipe slightly by lightly sprinkling brown sugar and cinnamon over the cream cheese and cubed raisin bread. Also this recipe is quick to make!
