World's Best Lasagna

This sauce is very close to the one I make for spaghetti so I knew the finished product would be good. However I used fresh basil and parsley for the first time and it turned out to be even better. Never turning back to dried! I followed the recipe to a T, but omitted the salt only because it seemed like too much and I like to watch our salt intake. I made the sauce the night before and assembled it the next day. Beautiful dish. Sauce was so good I spooned some over a piece of bread (I was starving) the night before for supper. Thanks for sharing this!

Chicken Salad Sandwiches

This was different. I think it called for too much mustard and it ended up very crumbly. Maybe if the chicken was shredded rather than chopped it would've stayed in the sandwich but I doubt I'll try it again.

Potato Leek Soup III

This is pretty good. I used 1/2 the butter and milk instead of cream. I added bacon and cheese. I might make it again, couldn't really taste the leek. :/

Easy Vodka Sauce

This is pretty good. I halved it based on other reviews since I'm only feeding 2 and it still made more than necessary. I think it could use a little less butter. I actually liked it better before I added the cream, maybe I'll make it again with out it.

Mmmm! This is fantastic. I used a water bath to avoid the infamous cheesecake crack. I didn't use the sour cream topping either. I plan to make this every year!

Do not ignore the calling for a deep dish pie crust. I made the mistake of using a standard crust and it spilled over. Yikes! Otherwise the pie is great.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

This is AMAZING! I used slow cook wild rice and since I didn't have a flavor packet I used thyme, rosemary salt and pepper. I cooked a yellow onion and 2 cloves of garlic before adding the broth and chicken. I also added a diced large red potato. I'll be making this all winter!

This was pretty good. I think I'll cut back on the tomatoes next time. I took the advice of another reviewer and added the chicken at the very last minute and it helped lessen the sogginess.

Bacon Cheese Frittata

This was fantastic. I needed a few more eggs in order to fill up my 9x11 pan and added a lot more bacon and cheese than it called for originally. Everyone loved it and it was even better the next day. I can't wait to try this again!

Easy Baked Tilapia

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

This is really great. It's perfectly savory but the cranberries and apple bits add a sweet surprise every once in a while. I baked in a casserole dish and it was a bit too dry and crumbly so next time I'll add more stock. I can't wait to make it again!

Candied Yams

I'm assuming you're supposed to drain the yams. I've never had yams before so I had no idea. Thanks to the recipe not stating that fact, I have no yams to bring for dinner. Instead, I have yam soup. I'm going to try to reduce them some way in a pan, or maybe add some cream.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies from Heaven

I wouldn't say these were for heaven. Ohio maybe, but not heaven. Texture is nice and kind of melts in your mouth but I can barely taste the PB. I probably won't make these again.
