Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
For the optimal experience when cooking pumpkin seeds you must dry cleaned seeds overnight. Doing so on torn open brown paper bags is reccomended. Only then will you achieve a perfect crisp and crunchy seed. This recipe is perfect. I don't know how anyone could find any fault in it unless you just don't like pumpkin seeds.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
I ususally make a variation of this on the grill and this is just as good. Add rosemary,garlic or other earthy spices to your liking. Bake asparagus for about nine miutes rather than thirteen for bright green and crunchy spears.

Smothered Filet Mignon
This was a great twist to an old favorite. Turns out the Dijon works just fine, but I will try the course dijon next time and compare. Used splenda to carmelize my onions rather than sugar and could tell no difference. May wrap the outside of the filets in bacon next time as well...BAM!!!
