Zucchini Brownies
truly amazing! Very moist and had a great flavor, my sons friends thought he was lying that there was zucchini in them. They were 100% the best brownies with a cakey texture I have ever eaten.

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole
Even my son who hates zucchini loved it, I did add diced red pepper as others suggested and it added nice color and flavor to the dish. Will definitely be making again!

Colonial Pumpkin Bars
I made these to take along to work with a soup lunch we were having, they were delicious and we ate every one. a definite keeper.
