Banana Pudding IV
First time making banana pudding, fantastic. Very easy and taste just like I hoped it would. I did not add the rest of the whipped topping as top layer because I am big on consistency, cream on top of cream did not sound good to me. It came out just fine.

Golden Rum Cake
This rum cake is wonderful. I have made it so many times and it has become my signature cake. I was just looking through my recipie box and noticed I had never rated it. The only tweak to the recipie is to use powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar for the glaze and always use the Duncan Hines brand yellow cake mix. I also love it because the rum is not overpowering, the cake is not saturated like commercial brands. It is just moist enough. My friends and family love it and it has never gone uneaten.

Fantastic Mexican Dip
This recipie turned out great. Quick and easy! My bible study group loved it. I changed two things. Instead of fresh tomatoes I used a can of rotel and drained of the juice. I also omitted the lettuce since my dip would not be eaten right away and was not sure if the lettuce would wilt. It turned out fantastic.
