Old Italian Meat Sauce
Well you know it's good when the person sitting next to you enjoying a meal you've cooked says "this is fantastic". I have to agree. Of course I altered slightly based on other reviewers comments; reduced the amount of wine significantly, used dried herbs and omitted the tomatoe paste. Fabulous sauce! Thanks for sharing Debbie!

Golden Pork Chops
Really excellent recipe. Followed Becca's suggestions. Sauteed the mushrooms & onions in a little olive oil with some garlic. Removed from pan and added the chops which I seasoned with garlic, pepper & seasoning salt. Browned quickly. Mixed 2 cans mushroom soup with a scant one can of skim milk. Put chops in baking dish, covered with mushroom/onions and then poured soup mix over top. Baked for approx. 45 mins. Absolutely phenomenal.

Quick Chicken Divan
This was AWESOME!!!! Followed other reviewers suggestions and did not cook the broccoli or chicken first just added approx. 25 minutes to oven time. I used 1 can of cream of mushroom & 1 can of cream of broccoli soup and 1/2 c. milk. No mayo, no lemon juice and added garlic powder & curry powder (this is the deal breaker, you must add curry powder). Fiance enjoyed it so much he wants to make it again tomorrow night. Thanks to the original poster and to those with their thoughtful additions. Excellent dish. Easy prep. Perfect mid week meal.
