Easy Creamy Peppercorn Chicken
I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs (9) instead of chicken breasts. Mixed the soup and gravy together before pouring over the chicken. Very tasty. Will cut down on the liquid added to the gravy mix next time to keep the consistency of the sauce slightly thicker.

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes
Fantastic recipe. Only made one addition; added garlic to the sauce. For those who have a problem with the sauce being runny, you must make sure to take the time to let the sauce thicken in the pot. Make sure to cook uncovered to get a nice brown top.

Old Italian Meat Sauce
Well you know it's good when the person sitting next to you enjoying a meal you've cooked says "this is fantastic". I have to agree. Of course I altered slightly based on other reviewers comments; reduced the amount of wine significantly, used dried herbs and omitted the tomatoe paste. Fabulous sauce! Thanks for sharing Debbie!
