I am married - just retired in June of '04 . I have always loved to cook - we entertain (casually) often - and I am always looking for new recipes! We are now "empty nesters" and I can concentrate on healthy meals for hubby and myself. appetizers - favorite is red pepper jelly cheesecake with my homemade red pepper jelly. I also love to cook holiday dinners. Grandma's "johnnycakes" - also peanut butter balls for Christmas gifts and hot fudge for gifts, too We hosted a fabulous "Mexican party" this past summer - everyone was impressed! The first year I was married, I decided to make Hot Cross buns for Easter. They came out like hockey pucks!
