This was really good. After reading the other reviews, I cooked the onion garlic and butter in a small saute pan along with 1/2 c chopped sun dried tomatoes then followed the recipe. It was really good and timed perfectly. When I added the grated cheese I also added a little light cream at the end and it was wonderful

Sausage Pasta

I was expecting this to be much better than it was. My suggestion would be to use fresh spinach or a different vegetable or cook the frozen spinach by itself first and strain. The recipe was so dilluted it had no flavor. No wonder you had to use a half cup of cheese on top of it.

Marinated Vegetable Medley

I made this a couple of days ago and I used more than the recommended amounts of vegetables but it seemed a little too oily. I will use the recipe again but cut down on the amt of oil.

Beef Barley Soup

Cauliflower and Broccoli Bake

I made this as a side a couple of days ago and my husband is already asking for it again. I did reduce the amt of liquid by a half a cup and it turned out perfectly.

Marie's Easy Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was really good and I knew it would be. I did add a cup of red wine and a can of golden cream of mushroom for thicker gravy but I know it would have been fine without it.

Fabulous Fried Cabbage

This is always so good and healthy. I sometimes omit the butter using olive oil instead and add fresh garlic and a can of stewed tomatoes.

Salsa Chicken Skillet

Blueberry Buckle

I also used 1&1/2c flour, 1 tsp vanilla and used half butter, half shortening. I baked it in a glass square dish and after 45 min, I turned the oven off and let it sit in the oven for 15 min. It was perfect and everyone loved it.

Garlic Spinach Balls

This is my second recipe and the better one! The seasoned stuffing mix adds to the flavor as does an extra clove of garlic. I turned them over after 15 min because they weren't browning on the top.

Fresh Tomato Salsa

I used fresh plum tomatoes instead of regular and added a minced clove of garlic and I also used red onion. I'm not sure if I can wait the hour till it gels since it tasted so fantastic when I mixed it.

Pasta e Fagioli III

the recipe was a little confusing with ref to the amt of water & some of the ingredients but it came out wonderfully. By the way, my last name is italian for beans. We've made this a number of different ways. This is an excellent version. Will use it again.

Simply Divine Meat Loaf with Spinach

I've tried a lot of meat loaf recipes. This one is the best so far. Even my husband liked it and he has a favorite of his own. It was moist and had lots of flavor esp with the spinach....Its a keeper.

Pork Chops with Apples, Onions, and Sweet Potatoes

I tried this recipe last evening. It was simple and good but we were looking for more of a brown sugar coating so I would probably add more brown sugar and maybe a pat of butter and some cinnamon.
