Marinated Vegetable Medley
I made this a couple of days ago and I used more than the recommended amounts of vegetables but it seemed a little too oily. I will use the recipe again but cut down on the amt of oil.

Sarah's Applesauce
as suggested by another rater, I used brown sugar rather than white. Either way this is delicious! Thank you!

Beef Barley Soup
I cut the barley down to 1/2 c and threw everything in my crockpot. It was delicious!
