Child-Proof Sugar Cookies
Well, I was a little nervous about trying these cookies, since there were so many "less than great" reviews. But, I thought I'd give it a shot, and if all else failed, I would just eat the dough! :) I did add two eggs, instead of just one, and I added a pinch of salt, which I always add when baking anything. I ended up needing about 3 cups of flour, plus the flour needed to roll out the dough balls. My 6-year-old and I made these over the past 2 hours, and I have to say, "They are awesome!" My little one did most of the rolling and cutting, and I was in charge of the oven. We did not have any decorating sprinkles, but we sprinkled sugar on the cookies before baking. These are yummy and easy little cookies, and we'll for sure make these again. Thanks for the recipe!

Alyson's Broccoli Salad
Awesome salad! I've been buying this salad at my local delicatesson, but this recipe is better and very easy to make.

Amish Sugar Cakes
I was so looking forward to trying this recipe, but was disappointed in the results. The cookies stuck on every baking service I tried. The recipe said to cook up to 13 minutes, but the cookies were still doughy. And, finally the taste, although satisfactory, was not good enough to warrant all the time and effort.
