Libby's(R) Famous Pumpkin Pie
This was the first year I made a "plain" Pumpkin pie. All the family raved about it, my hubby asked me to make another just for him when we got home!

Apple Cranberry Pie
I used Fresh Cranberries and a little more spice. The apples were fresh frozen and I left the peel on, my Father-in-law loved this pie. Try putting a little cinn. in the crust too
