Hummus III
I made this exactly as written (that's my own rule for reviewing recipes- make it the way it was intended the first time!) This has too much lemon and a little too much tahini for my and my husbands taste, but it is a very good starting point for tweaking it the way we like it.

Easy Baklava
So good! I cut my piece bigger than called for because my knife wasn't very sharp- don't do this! The syrup didn't reach the middle of my pieces as well. It was still really good, but I will get myself a better knife next time!

Naan
Worked well on my stove top grill pan. Make sure to roll it out thin for the best results. It will puff up like at the restaurant if it's thin enough.
