I tried the recipe based on the rave reviews that it got from so many others, and i have to add my own raves now - especially from my husband and daughter. So tasty - was the comment. I won't make it any other way now. I left out the salami (vegetarians) and used 1/2 low fat sour cream and l/2 regular, but followed the recipe exactly other than that. Great recipe.

Absolutely fantastic but i did alter it. I used a pkg mix of Wild Rice and Long Grain, and added most of that (cooked) to the rest of the recipe, instead of the wild rice (that was all i had on hand at the time) It was so easy and so incredibly good, that i've made it several times since. It even freezes well. It's so creamy, and so full of flavor.

My family loved the recipe and it was polished off in no time. I would definitely make it again. I used Velvetta instead of the jarred cheese, but i don't think that altered the flavor. Thanks for the recipe.
