My favorite things to cook
Right now I am really into asian cooking, lots of chickne, veggies and brown rice with different flavors of sauces. I am looking forward to warmer weather and bbq's.

Dill Potato Salad
This is a very bland potatoe salad. We had to doctor it quite a bit with some vinegar, sugar, celery, onion and eggs. I would not recommend this.

Asparagus Wrap
Yummy! I had this at my sisters over the holiday and made them for New Years Eve - used fat free cream cheese and egg beaters and fresh asparagus -tasted great!

Crab Dip II
Felt the receipe was to lemony - added a lot more hot sauce to make it a spicy shrimp dip - everyone at the party loved it. Also, used fresh shrimp in place of imitation crab. Will make it again.
