My Canadian Friend's Bean Soup
This is an awesome recipe. I've used turkey and pork hot italian sausage, and both work well. I can't be bothered to remove the casings, so they just stay on. I've never heard of "Great Northern Beans" before and I live in Canada aka the Great White North. However, when I am stateside I am able to find them in the grocery stores there. I probably make this recipe several times a month. Thanks for sharing.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce
Falafel Perfection! I've had trouble in the past with falafels. This time they turned out great. I went through the effort of removing the outer skin from the chick peas, and it made a lot of difference in the end. I also followed other posters' reviews and added baking soda instead of baking powder, and only added 1/2 cup bread crumbs. They were awesome! Thanks Sean for sharing this recipe.

Kettle Corn
I've never had kettle corn before, but heard good things about it, so I thought I'd try it. My first attempt was with brown sugar as I was out of white....and it was dreadful. The next two times I used white sugar and it was phenomonal! Thanks for sharing this recipe.
