Scrambled Eggs Done Right

It was good, but I added milk (or cream if you prefer) instead of water, and cheddar curds once it was cooked and let them melt for about a minute. The cheese gives the scrambled eggs colour and alittle more flavour.

Belle's Baked Beans

I soaked beans and boiled them rather than using canned ones, and I added sausage AND bacon to the recipie and then poured about half a cup of belgian beer over all of it and let it bake for just over the recommended time. Delicious! I'll definatly make it again.

Creamiest Rice Pudding

This was really good, and can be made with sticky (glutinous) black rice too. Tastes just like ice cream! I omitted the cinamon however, and when serving it sprinkled some toasted almonds on top. I think next time I'll try it was some coconut milk for a little different flavour.

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

I don't know, my family really enjoyed this recipe, but I didn't think it tasted like anything. The flavour was very bland, maybe I did something wrong. Maybe it needed more salt? Or some sundried tomatoes, or more onions are garlic. I don't know

Spinach-Stuffed Salmon Fillets

Fantastic! My husband doesn't really like fish, and he had two servings of it! I'll definatly keep this one. Very flavourful and perfectly salty.

Creamiest Chocolate Mousse

While the taste was good, i left the mousse overnight and it seperated making it disgusting to eat with the egg whites pooling at the bottem. also it took both a lot of time and it had those chunks everyone is referring too.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

This was an extremly good recipe however I would: leave overnight to intensify flavours, add a handful of red onion or shallot, add a squirt of lemon juice, remove the skins and seeds from the tomotoes and add less balsamic vinegar
