Joy's Prizewinning Trifle
It was a fabulous recipe, I added canned orange segments and took out the strawberries. I was hit at my parent 25th anniversary party - more popular than the cake

Rhubarb Stir Cake
I would add less rhubarb, and maybe some apples or strawberries too. The cake was too moist, almost mushy in parts and lacking in flavour.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
It is an awesome recipe, and got rave reviews from everyone who ate them, but there was just something missing. Maybe I need to add some nuts. Excellent just not perfected yet for my taste.
