I don't recall any. My mother rarely had time to make a home cooked meal. I plan on starting my own soon.

Gumbo Style Chicken Creole
Followed what others suggested and added 1 cup of chicken broth, cayenne, and butter instead of oil. Came out great.

Cranberry Walnut Bread

Nacho Dip I
My husband and I weren't big on cream cheese flavor. We ended up starting over and just doing salsa, cheddar, and lettuce.
