Chicken Quesadillas

Very good. I used shredded mexican cheese instead of the monterey jack and cheddar seperatly. I also didn't use red peppers (because I forgot to buy them) but I'm sure it would've tasted just as good with them.

Pumpkin Roll III

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! Made it for dessert on Easter Sunday and the whole thing was gone in 5 minutes. I've been looking for a great pumpkin roll recipe and this is it. Thanks.

Cream Puffs II

I really liked the way the dough turned out. Nice and crisp. However, I thought that the filling needed something else. It didn't have much taste and it was too liquidy. Pudding might be a better alternative. I had to put them in the freezer just to be able to eat them so that the filling wouldn't leak out.

Baked Pork Chops I

This was excellent! We loved it. The only changes I made were that I used 1 cup milk instead of 1/2 cup and I added a little cornstarch to thicken the mixture. Good move. Also, I baked the chops for 45 min and then added the gravy mixture and baked for 25 more. I used thick pork chops. Can't wait to make this again.

Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Jumbo Shells

Very good but felt something was missing. Next time I make these I'll probably add a small container of ricotta cheese to the mixture to give it some moisture as it was a bit on the dry side. I used a 26 ounce jar of sauce and will probably use 2 jars next time. 1 jar was not enough.

Philly Mashed Potatoes

This was excellent! We had my parents over for dinner and everone loved it. I did cut back on the onions and only used about 1/4 of one and I also cut up 8 potatoes instead of the required six. However, next time I'll probably just use 6 because I did have a bit left over. Thanks for the recipe. I'll be making this one again.

Alysia's Basic Meat Lasagna

Awesome!!!!!!!! I made a few changes after reading the other reviews. I made it with 12 home made noodles. I used a 32 ounce jar of Ragu w/sausage, peppers & onions, plus another smaller jar of Ragu (traditional style) and the 8 ounces of tomato sauce. I also added a small container of Light & Lively cottage cheese with the Ricotta mixture. Turned out fabulous and wouldn't change a thing. I will always make this one.

Very good. I thought this dish was easy to make. I served it on top of Uncle Ben's rice. I took advice from another review and used a cornstarch/water mixture to thicken the marinade on the stove a bit. It came out perfect!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake III

This was very good. Moist and tasty. The only thing that went wrong was the cake cracked in 3 places when I flipped it out of the baking pan. It was still very good though. Maybe if you let it cool in the pan a little longer it wouldn't do that. Also, I used pineapple slices instead of crushed pineapple and put cherry halves in the middle of the slices.

Pretzel Dessert

I have a friend that makes this (her own recipe) and this one turned out nothing like hers. She said to cut the water back to 1 cup boiling water. She said there was too much water. I stirred it on the stove(water,strawberries&jello) for 20 min and it just wouldn't thicken. I poured it on top of the pretzels & cheese and it leaked underneath the dessert and made the pretzels soggy. None of the jello stayed on top. When my friend makes it it looks like a perfect casserole with the jello nice and neat on top.

Peanut Butter Tandycakes

I have been making this recipe since 2001. It's always requested by family members for various parties. I have one in the oven now. I melt milk chocolate chips instead of the bars. Also, I melt more than the actual recipe calls for. Also, I bake at least 23 minutes. It has never cooked for me in 20.

AWESOME!!!!!! I'm a garlic lover and I added more garlic than the recipe called for. My mistake. I smelled like garlic for 2 days. Next time I will put only the amount of garlic the recipe called for. Was delicious, even with the extra garlic!

To Die For Fettuccini Alfredo
