Baked Ziti I

This was delicious. I used a large deep pottery dish. I also used about 3/4 pound of sliced provolone and an 8 ounce package of shredded mozzarella. I used almost a pint of sour cream also. It was very creamy. Will make again soon.

Cheeseburger Soup I

Pretty good. I used 1 pound of burger and wished I would've added more veggies. A bit too much liquid but overall not a bad soup. Will make again.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cookies

WOW!!! These are soooooooo good. Just made them and they are cooling. Ate 2 warm. Very yummy. The only thing I did different was add more peanut butter chips and that was because I like a lot of morsels in my cookies. Can't wait to take them to work tomorrow.

Best Brownies

Delicious. Made them 1 hour ago and half the pan is gone already. I cut them warm and they are yummy. The only problem was that the icing was too dry. I used the beaters and it was still dry. I wish I would've taken the advice from other reviewers and added some milk to it. It still tasted good though.

Broccoli and Sausage Cavatelli

I liked this dish but not enough to make again. I did follow another review and added a pint of cream to the sausage, which I'm very glad I did. Without the cream it would've been dry. I also noticed it was a bit bland so I added salt and pepper. I still think it was lacking something. I make a dish similar to this except I use cubed cooked chicken instead of sausage and stir in a can or two of chicken broth instead of olive oil, although, you have to saute chopped garlic in a little olive oil in a small frying pan. I also don't use red pepper flakes in that dish. I prefer the chicken one over the sausage.

Very Good!!!!! Brought it to a picnic and everyone loved it. I agree with a few other reviews though that it was a bit "runny" but it tasted great and that's all that matters.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

This was very good. I doubled the recipe. I took some other advice and added pepper and a 1/2 cup of beef broth. I also used about 6 ounces of cream cheese and a large scoop of sour cream. I do feel though that the gravy could be a bit thicker. Next time I will put flour on top of the beef and mix it up real good before I put the liquid in the crock pot. It was tasty though.

Shrimp, Clams, and Scallops Pasta

This was delicious!!! I used 1 lb frozen uncooked shrimp, 1/2 lb jumbo sea scallops and 2 6 oz cans of chopped clams. I made the sauce exactly according to the directions. This was very spicy. If you do not like spicy food I suggest cutting back on the red pepper flakes. I love spicy foods and thought it was perfect the way it was. Thanks for the great recipe!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

I would've given it ten stars but five is the highest rating on this site. Absolutely delicious! I skipped the zuchini and added frozen green beans instead. Also, I followed advice from another viewer and added 1T cornstarch to thicken the broth a little. I skipped the tomatoes and added 1 can of diced tomatoes instead. Very yummy. Will make again.

Deb's Scallops Florentine

AWESOME!!!!!!!! This was my favorite Allrecipes recipe yet. I took advice from other reviews and didn't boil the scallops first. I baked for 23 min and everything was perfect. The only thing I changed was I didn't add extra salt and I didn't add Old Bay. I also cut the spinach in half as I am not crazy about cooked spinach. Although, I must say the spinach gave it just the right touch. I sprinkled the top with a little paprika. I read other reviews about how people substituted the heavy cream with half and half or milk. I just don't know if I'd like it that way. I think it might take away from the "richness" of the recipe. It was so delicious with the heavy cream. Thanks for the recipe Deb!

Smothered Filet Mignon

The marinade was ok. I didn't like the flavor the blue cheese gave the dish. It was too overpowering. I don't think I'd make this dish again. I think this would be quite enjoyable for someone who absolutely loves blue cheese.
