I liked this dish but not enough to make again. I did follow another review and added a pint of cream to the sausage, which I'm very glad I did. Without the cream it would've been dry. I also noticed it was a bit bland so I added salt and pepper. I still think it was lacking something. I make a dish similar to this except I use cubed cooked chicken instead of sausage and stir in a can or two of chicken broth instead of olive oil, although, you have to saute chopped garlic in a little olive oil in a small frying pan. I also don't use red pepper flakes in that dish. I prefer the chicken one over the sausage.
