Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon
This was a very tasty, yet quick simple, recipe. My boyfriend, who is always rather "blah" about food in general actually raved about it. Two words though: MORE BACON! :)

Vinaigrette
This recipe is so easy. I usually have to modify recipes to make my tastebuds truly happy - but not this one! It's great as is.

Hungarian Mushroom Soup
This is an amazing soup. I doubled the mushrooms and added more broth. I kept adding paprika, lemon juice and dill as I like a more robust soup. Very, very good. The true test is when I take some to my mom later today.
