About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Grilling is by far, my favorite way to cook! My pulehu chicken, steaks, pork chops, and lamb chops are always a hit. The most requested thing I cook is kalbi shortribs. I marinate shortribs in teriyaki sauce with fresh garlic/ginger/sesame oil/green onion/chili flakes for two days, then grill that baby to perfection! I make some awesome hot and cold dips too.

Rosemary Pesto-Crusted Lamb Steaks
Yummy! I sliced a lamb shoulder roast and added fresh basil\mint\thyme\rosemary. All sounded like a great compliment to lamb, and I was right. Definitely making this again and again... XD

Pesto Tuna Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Delicious, quick, and oh soo easy! I personally like my food a little spiced up, so I used one can of tuna in water and one can of tuna w/ chili in water (Catch & Harvest brand). I omitted the sundried tomatoes and added only 1/4 C of pesto (although I doubled everything else). The tuna was wonderful spread over half of a bagel, toasted well and topped with craisens (sweetened dried cranberries). It's a keeper for sure! Enjoy!
