Pistachio Mallow Salad
This was a hit at my office potluck today. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't have the food coloring, but evidently it didn't matter too much. Thanks for sharing!

Sage Fried White Beans
This is one of my favorite dishes because it's delicious and super easy! I, too, halve the oil. Additionally, I like to saute about a clove of minced garlic in the oil prior to adding the beans.
