I loved this recipe! I made it for my in-laws and the next day my mother-in-law called me up needing the recipe. This recipe is a total keeper. I added more pecans on top because my family really likes pecan. Great recipe and easy to make!

Butternut Squash Bisque

I have been looking for a great butternut squash soup and I finally found it! I didn't use any oil and used half the butter. My husband wanted it a little bit sweeter so he added some sugar. I thought it was great just the way it was. I ate the leftovers the next three nights in a row. : )

Caramels

We really enjoyed the caramels. I cut the recipe in half and we had plenty to eat and give away. When we gave them away everyone asked for the recipe. Be a little patient with it to get to the right temp.

Creamy Rice Pudding

YUMMO! It is such an easy treat to fix, and it is fool proof. I love it hot and cold. I think it is more like 6 servings than 4. I made it for my boyfriend and he loved it. The next night (when we didn't have any left) he asked me to make it again. I am tempted to make it three nights in a row. : ) Very Good!
