Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge
This recipe was my very first attempt at fudge and it was so easy and turned out SO good (very creamy and just the right sweetness). Even my neighbor, the fudge expert, gave me the thumbs up. Thanks for posting this recipe!!

Broccoli Coleslaw
Change someone's mind about broccoli! That is how good this recipe is. 1 cup of oil is too much; I used 1/2 cup and it seemed perfect. And you can easily alter the vegetable/dressing ratio to any liking.

Chewy Chocolate Cookies I
Do not overcook! And if they turn out flat, try adding just a little more flour - not too much or they won't flatten out at all. Tonight I didn't have any chocolate chips, so I added about 1/2 pkg of cinnamon chips and oh boy! I'm going to be sick because I can't stop eating them :)
