Potato Cutlets
Based on the previous review, I used only half of the black pepper and these were very good. We dipped them in Curry Ketchup which was fantastic(found in European grocery).

Chicken Tortilla Soup II
Great recipe! My picky family loves it. They go back until it's all gone. I agree with the other comments about adding the tortillas near the end and adding corn and black beans to make it really hearty.

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole
My family loves this recipe! I've made it "as is", substituted Cheddar Cheese soup and even topped it with crumbled tortilla chips, all producing great results. If you're onion-sensitive, onion powder works just fine.
