Elaine's Peanut Butter Cookies
Very good cookies. I wonder how it would be if I tried this with chocolate cake mix instead of yellow cake . . .

Mom's Sweet Potato Bake
This tasted divine, but it was a little runny. Perhaps using heavy cream instead of milk will stiffen it up. Or maybe just less milk.
