Excellent!! Hubby made it for dinner tonight and everyone in my family is in agreement that it was great! We used deli sliced ham and 2% milk instead of cream and it is still a 5 star recipe. This will be a regular at in our household now. :D

Yum Yum!! We had leftover turkey, and I want to make something "different", rather than the same ole things. So, I just finished whipping it up. I didn't let my son see me chopping the apples, he never would of tried it if he knew they were in there, and gave him a sample bite when it was finished. I told him there was a secret ingredient in it... Anyway, he said "this is really good." I then told him and hubby about the apple and walnuts and they both gave it two thumbs up. This one is a keeper!

This was pretty good, but I think it could of been a tad bit better. The edges of the cake had soaked up the "sauce" that was poured over it, but the middle pieces just had a slight glaze on top of them. Next time, I plan to poke holes in the top of the cake, before pouring on the sauce. That way the every piece will have that wonderful carmel sauce in it. I also added cinnamon, fresh nutmeg, and raisins too.

This recipe is SUPER!! We loved it! My changes: browned the chicken, then simmered in my homemade V-8 juice until the chicken fell apart. I drained it until cool, then shredded it. I then followed the recipe. The pizza's were really, really good! Can't wait to make it again.

Great, great, grrrrrreat!! We made a double batch and used jalapenos for the heat, otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Excellent recipe, everyone at the card party we took it to thought it was great too!!

This recipe is really, really good!! Yummmmmmmm!!! I, like another reviewer, slightly curdled my milk/egg yolk mixture while cooking (and I was sooo careful), but I too used my blender to "smooth" it out, and it worked great!! Thank goodness for blenders or I have wasted 16 egg yolks!! (I made a gallon of the egg nog for our card party tonight). I also froze the egg whites for future meringues. I cut down on the rum too, and used spiced rum. Wow, this is a great recipe and it will certainly be a hit tonight!!

Very good recipe, and very easy to prepare. Next time, and there will be a next time, I will cut down on the vinegar just a bit. I did what the other reviewers had suggested, used apple cider vinegar and doubled the sauce. The sauce amount was perfect.

Super, Super, Super!!! My family loved this recipe! We added some sliced baby portabella mushrooms too, yummy!! Only one piece left, which I took to work today for lunch. Everyone in the office commented on how good it smelled, they all wanted the recipe. :)

I couldn't get these mixed up due to the lack of liquid ingredients. What a mess! I couldn't get my beater out of the bowl and the batter kept climbing up and around the beaters and all over the bottom of my mixer. What a mess!

If I could of gave this recipe a negative 10 stars I would!!! I wasted so much time and effort, not to mention the $ I wasted on the ingredients. I am very frustrated over this recipe. This is my second attempt at rolled cookies in my lifetime. After the first time I said "Never again!!", but all of the good reviews convinced me to try this recipe. WRONG!! The dough was tooooooo sticky, I used what I thought was an appropriate amount of flour, I was patient and used cutters that weren't real intricate. I don't know what went wrong, but I won't EVER attempt cut out cookies again. Next year I will gladly pay someone to make them for me. Sorry everyone, and I am truly disappointed, I was really looking forward to making cut out sugar cookies this year.

Great consistency, great to work with, great taste. I just can't say enough good about this recipe!! This is the first time I've ever iced sugar cookies and this is definitely the recipe to use!!

If you are looking for a "sauce", this is NOT your recipe. If you are looking for a chocolate "syrup", this IS your recipe. This was very good, nice and rich with good flavor.

This recipe was pretty good, only complaint was that the cookies were hard after they cooled. I made sure not to overbake. Othewise, they were good, the whole family gives a thumbs up on this one. :)

I personally thought this recipe was very good. The flavor was great. Hubby thought it was too tart for him. Maybe next time I'll add less lemon juice or more sugar, but this recipe is a keeper!!

Flavor was very good! Only problem I had was it didn't raise very high, so I didn't have a real textured bread. This recipe is worth a second try though!!

I give this recipe 5 starts for easiness due to I had frozen, cooked, diced turkey in the freezer. All of the ingredients were in my pantry. We loved this recipe. Can't wait to have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!!
