Eggplant Parmesan II

I'm trying to eat healthier and if this is what I have to eat, then it will be no problem. Oh my gosh this is unbelievable. Followed other advice, sweat the eggplant, but then I used Panko Italian seasoned bread crumbs and only egg whites for the egg wash. 450 for 7 mins a side for the eggplant then 350 for 35 mins on the last part. THANKS!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

I always try to listen to other reviewers to make things better so....double the sauce, cilantro a must instead of oregano, and I even omitted step one by grabbing a rotisserie chicken. OH! and the serving for 10 really only fed 3 of us. Good stuff!

Chicken Pasta II

I am not proficient in the kitchen so this could have been user error, but mine was so watery. I made it a second time, followed directions exactly except! cooked bacon and saved to sprinkle at the end (not cooking it with everything to get soggy) Liked it better. Just my thoughts!

Mongolian Beef I

Ground Beef Zucchini Skillet

Budget-friendly and quick. I added a can of tomato paste and went a little heavier on the spices. That gave it more of a sauce consistency for covering pasta. Thanks!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

I added red peppers, onions and zucchini and the recipe made plenty of marinade to cover everything. Really flavorful and the rosemary didn't overpower like I thought it might. I used light ranch right out of a bottle and it was good! Easy!

Garlic Chive Chicken

I can barely cook toast and I was able to make this easily and it tasted like I knew what I was doing. The 2 year old loved it and he won't eat anything but gummy bears! I'll be adding it to my "staples"! Agree with others to double the sauce. Thanks!
