I'm a senior citizen with six kids, fifteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren. My Mother for some reason didn't teach me to cook while I was young and living at home, so I've had to teach myself. Right now within the family I am the cooking Matriarch! I love creole recipes. Every Christmas I make my fudge, that "green stuff" (Watergate Salad), my dressing to accompany the turkey. Also I'm known within the family to make the best tacos. Everytime I cook for this mob and they are happy it's a triumph. One time I made banana pudding and realized later that I had forgotten to put any bananas in the pudding.
