Saltine Toffee Cookies
This was so simple and sinfully delicious. After sprinkling the pecans on, I put the tray in freezer to harden chocolate quicker. It tastes totally gormet, and couldn't have been easier with ingredients that were already available in my pantry. These will be made again and put in tins to give away for others to enjoy.

Black Bean Soup I
This recipe was delicious. I substituted the ham for some spicy smoked sausage and added some garlic and WOW! I have been looking for a black bean soup recipe like this and lucked out with this one. I served it with some fresh home made bread. P.S soaking beans overnight cuts down on cooking time. Thank you!

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits
Wow! Did these suckers bake up big. I took the advice of other reviewers and substituted the shortening with butter, and I also I used 1/2 c milk & 1/2c evaporated milk. The result was excellent. Even were moist and delicious warmed up in the mic next day. Only mistake was not making more. This one goes in my recipe box. Thanks JP!
