These truly are simple and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and was not disappointed. My family ate the entire pan within hours. They are easier to cut (and less likely to fall apart) if you wait for them to cool but it's hard to resist when they look/smell so good. Thanks for such a fantastic recipe!

Pumpkin Swirl Bread

I made this for an office potluck and my co-workers could not stop raving about it. The cream cheese mixture was quite thick which meant that there wasn't much of a swirl effect but it still tasted delicious. It is a dense bread but that's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the fantastic recipe!

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

This is a great recipe! I didn't make any changes and the dough was very easy to work with after chilling. I made these over the holidays and received many compliments (even from people who don't normally like gingerbread). I baked them for about 6 minutes in order to get a chewy cookie and I was not disappointed. The cookies still tasted fresh days later - a definite keeper!

Blueberry Cream Muffins

These muffins are delicious and very moist. I did make a few changes after reading others comments - I used 1 cup of Splenda and 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, and 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda. I also used melted butter instead of oil and I opted to go with fat free sour cream. They were perfectly sweetened and full of flavour. I will definitely make these again!!

Day Before Mashed Potatoes

I made these potatoes for my family at Thanksgiving and I was a little disappointed. Like others, I found them to be a little dry and the flavour was a touch bland. If I made them again, I don't think I would let them sit overnight...I think I would serve them right away since they weren't as dry at that time.

Minute Tomato Soup with Tortellini

This recipe was kind of blah and I didn't really care for the choice of spices. I think if I make it again, I will tinker with it and use less spices...and not necessarily the ones listed in the recipe.

Make Ahead Manicotti

I took the advice of others and used half the spinach and double the sauce, and this was delicious! I have now shared this recipe with many others who have then shared it with even more people and everybody loves it. I poured a few spoonfuls of Alfredo sauce over the tomato sauce to give it a bit of a "blush" taste...MMMM good!!

Can't Get Enough Caramel Cookies!

These were okay but didn't turn out the way I anticipated they would. As was the case for other users, my version of this recipe also turned out like granola...it's good granola but I was hoping for a chewy cookie.

Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole

Angela's Potatoes

I halved this recipe but it still turned out pretty well. I think there's a little room for improvement though: if you layered the potatoes with the cheese/ranch mixture, you'd end up with a better result. I'd probably make them again though which, in my opinion, is always the sign of a great recipe!
