Oven-Fried Ranch Steak
COOK LONGER AND HOTTER! I tried this with chicken last night and I like the flavor. I will use this recipe again, however the chicken was not cooked through. Please make sure you cook it at 375 for 40 min!

Coco-Cola Cake I
Nope, I'm sorry, I just can't give this a good review. There's nothing "wrong" with it, but it's just uninteresting and lifeless. When I use recipes from this website, I usually get "wow!" or "great!" but this one gets "unhe so-so" as it's review.

Ukrainian Red Borscht Soup
I used turkey sausage to cut down the fat. This is very mild and requires a fair amount of salt and pepper to have some life. It seems serving size of 10 is pretty accurate.
